In such cases, we’ll contact you directly to ensure successful delivery.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package’s journey. Please allow 1 to 3 business days for the tracking information to update in the system after you receive your shipping confirmation.
Taxes and Duties
Please note that placing an order with Mercer & Holt does not include any customs taxes or duties that your country may charge. These are the customer’s responsibility. For details, please consult your local customs office. Mercer & Holt is not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance procedures.
Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@mercerandholt.com. While we’ll do our best to assist, we cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has been processed or shipped. If that’s the case, you may need to wait for delivery and initiate a return instead.
Delivery Issues
If your order hasn’t arrived after 30 days, please contact us — we’ll help resolve it. If your tracking shows “delivered” but you didn’t receive the package, you’ll need to open a claim with your local courier or postal service. If you provided an incorrect shipping address, Mercer & Holt cannot be held responsible for delivery issues or any associated costs.
